Product Description
With innovative features like Electronic Stability Control for added safety when cornering, a tight 91 cm turning radius for manoeuvrability, and a foldable construction for easy transport, the Sprint SLA offers a compelling blend of portability, performance, and versatility.
Portability and Lightweight Design
The Sprint SLA can be dismantled in a matter of seconds. The complete scooter weighs 31.6 kg, but once it’s dismantled into component parts, the heaviest piece weighs just 10.2 kg making it remarkably easy to lift and transport.
It’s compact size and foldable design allow it to be easily stowed in the boot of a car or taken on flights, making it an ideal choice for those who want mobility and independence while travelling.
Power and Performance
The Sprint SLA is equipped with 2 x 150-Watt motors. This powerful motor, combined with the scooter’s pneumatic tyres and suspension seat ensures a smooth and comfortable ride, even on uneven surfaces or outdoor terrain. The Sprint SLA can reach a maximum speed of 4 mph, providing a balance between manoeuvrability and speed for indoor and outdoor use and has a remarkably tight turning radius of 91cm – handy indoors or in limited spaces.
SLA Battery
The Sprint SLA uses a sealed lead-acid (SLA) battery and has a range of up to 7 miles on a single charge. There is a lithium-ion battery version called the Supascoota Sprint Li which will take you up to 15 miles. Other than the battery type, battery weight (the SLA battery is 9.2 kg and the Lithium battery 3.7 kg) and resulting range difference, the key specifications are alike for both versions of the Sprint.
Stability and Safety
One of the great features of the Sprint is its Electronic Stability Control (ESC) system. This innovative technology automatically slows the scooter down when turning corners, reducing the risk of tipping over and providing an added layer of safety and stability. The four-wheel design with front twins contributes to the scooter’s manoeuvrability and stability.
