Comfort

The highly padded seat features lumbar support and adjustable flip-back armrests for the ultimate in luxury. Both seat and tiller are adjustable in multiple positions to ensure you can drive in comfort, and there is an impressive amount of legroom to suit taller people.

Full suspension gives you a really smooth ride, and combines well with the pneumatic tyres to iron out the bumps in the road. The RunOn run-flat tyres are unique in that they let you get home even in the rare event of a puncture, giving you peace of mind that you won’t get stranded.

Robustly built, the Vecta Sport has a weight capacity of 25 stone, and is backed by manufacturer Electric Mobility’s 35+ years of experience in designing and manufacturing scooters.

Style

There’s no doubt at all the Vecta Sport is a head-turner. The modern clean silhouette is unique to the Vecta with its sleek tiller, and the attention to design detail extends to the front bumper, wing mirrors and LED lighting package. The Vecta Sport is available in either cobalt blue or atomic red, and both versions look fantastic.

Other luxury features on the Vecta include integrated storage pockets in the tiller to hold small personal belongings, and an all-important USB port to charge your mobile when out and about.

Our Verdict

The Vecta Sport catches the eye as soon as you walk into our showroom, and even amongst the hundreds of scooters that are available these days, it really stands out. It’s a great choice for those after a sporty, high performing scooter with the best of modern technology and styling – and which remains relatively compact for ease of storage.

Other compact 8 mph scooters to compare the Vecta Sport with are the Sterling S425 and Orion Metro, though neither has the same looks. Otherwise, TGA’s Vita E is worthy of comparison – we would suggest trying both together to see which you prefer.
