Product Description
The mLite’s unique design strips back all unnecessary features to deliver a scooter at an unbelievable weight of just 17.8 kg, which can be easily lifted into a car. The easy to remove lithium battery pack weighs a mere 1.85 kg, and allows for on or off-board charging.
A simple folding mechanism lets your mLite fold up into an incredibly compact shape, not only fitting into the boot of your car, but also into the rear footwell of most vehicles! The extendable handle allows the scooter to be manoeuvred when folded, making it even easier to store.
Despite the compact size of the mLite, it has an impressive 18 stone weight limit, and a powerful motor. Extra soft compound solid tyres, and a soft rubber seat provide a decent level of comfort.
Our Verdict
The clear rival to the mLite is the eFoldi Lite, which weighs in at just 15 kg. However, the mLite features a more traditional and stable 4-wheel design, and is significantly cheaper than the eFoldi.
The mLite does obviously have to compromise to achieve its light weight, and the low-back seat isn’t for everyone. However, it’s great for use around shopping centre environments, and performs surprisingly well outside.
