Karma Ergo Lite 2

The pinnacle of Karma’s lightweight wheelchair development, the Ergo Lite is stunningly lightweight – most equivalent wheelchairs weight around 12 – 15 kg, far more than the Ergo Lite 2 Transit. This makes it a breeze to lift into and out of your car, reducing back strain – and it is also noticeably easier to push.

Despite this light weight, the Ergo Lite 2 remains a comfortable, practical wheelchair. It has a comfortably padded backrest and seat, and the patented S-Ergo seating is ergonomically shaped for a comfortable seated position to maintain good posture and prevent sliding forward. The seat is available in either a 16 or 18 inch width, to fit most people. The upholstery is treated with AEGIS Microbe Shield, inhibiting bacterial and fungal growth, eliminating odour, and is designed for easy cleaning.

The legrests can swing out of the way to make getting onto and off the wheelchair easy, and can be easily detached with no tools required. Convenient attendant brakes on the push handles allow easy control of the wheelchair.
