FreeWheel Wheelchair Attachment

Traditional front castors on active wheelchairs are small – great for keeping the weight of your chair down and fine on pavements, but incapable of tackling gravel, dirt paths, grass or sand. The FreeWheel lets you overcome this, the large wheel making it easier to roll over more adventurous terrain.

Once installed by us, the FreeWheel takes just seconds to clamp on and off, letting you switch between normal and off-road use of your wheelchair with ease. It will fit to most rigid wheelchairs, dependent on footrest setup, and an optional folding adaptor is available at an additional cost to fit to a folding chair.
